Nepal’s national women’s volleyball team has arrived in the Maldives for the Women’s Volleyball World Championship qualifying matches.

The team was welcomed by members of the Maldivian Volleyball Association and the Sports Ministry.

The team’s coach, Hamid Movahedi, said that his players have prepared adquetely prepared for the championship but expressed his worry about the team’s lack of familiarity with Iran’s gameplay.

However, he had said that all the players intend to work ‘a hundred percent’ to win every match.

This championship will decide which country would represent the Asian group in the 2018 world championship.
