A suspect has been remanded for 10 days for allegedly damaging a police motorcycle.

Speaking to RaajjeMV, the police media officer said that the 25-year-old man was arrested for allegedly damaging a motorcycle at the Mahibadhoo Police Station and issuing threats.

The court issued the 10-day remand on Thursday.

The police service has not revealed the extent of the damage to the vehicle and the investigation is still ongoing.
