All concerns will be heard and addressed without hurting any businesses, a senior official at the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has said.

The official told RaajjeMV that they are working to resolve any matters in which the concerns of local businesses may have been neglected.

The official referred to the recent ministry decision that requires all four-wheeled vehicles to be registered in a garage space, a contentious issue in the heavily congested capital city.

They said that any procedural changes have yet not been made public and will only be implemented in 2019.

The changes require all four-wheeled vehicles to only be parked at the registered garages, and if they are parked in public, it can only be done from 12:00am to 6:00am.
