Former President Mohamed Nasheed has concluded his trip to Addu City and returned to Male’ on Thursday night.
This is first atoll trip since returning from self-exile after the Supreme Court suspended his sentence.
Nasheed has visited all the islands of Addu and met with the locals and also gave a speech on two occasions.
Nasheed also offcially opened his office in Hithadhoo district, which will focus on the environmental, sustainable energy, eco-friendly fishing, coastal protection, and developing the island’s harbor,
