The Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure is to give away a total of 102 properties in the capital city under the state’s ‘Veshi Fahi Malé’ housing program.
The properties are from all wards in capital city Malé and from its suburban extension Villimalé. The properties are made available for purchase under the program.
41 properties are from Maafannu ward, 23 from Mahchangoalhi, 14 from both Galolhu and Henveiru wards, and 11 from Vilimalé.
These properties are priced at MVR 2,000 (about USD 129) per square feet. Individuals interested in purchasing them will have to apply before 21st October.
