Mohamed Saiman who had been serving as Managing Director at Housing Development Corporation (HDC) was removed from position and appointed as Managing Director of Greater Male’ Industrial Zone Limited on the 10th of June.
According to a tweet posted by the President of the Privatization and Corporatization Board, Mohamed Nizar, the appointment was made on Sunday with Ahmed Nasif filling the vacated position of Managing Director at HDC.

Ahmed Nasif as the Managing Director of HDC
Mohamed Saiman as the Managing Director of Greater Male Industrial Zone Limited.
Greater Male’ Industrial Zone Limited is a company co-created by state operated Thilafushi Corporation Limited and Gulhifalhu Investments Limited, in March this year.
Saiman had been serving as Managing Director of HDC since 2014, until his appointment as Managing Director at Greater Male’ Industrial Zone Limited.
