Criminal Court schedule for Monday; filled with terrorism trials
Chief Justice Saeed's obstruction trial to commence at 10am, and terror trial to commence at 05pm
Justice Hameed's terror trial to commence at 10am
MP Faris' terrorism trial to commence at 2pm

Court hearings in the terrorism trials against Supreme Court Chief Justice Abdulla Saeed, Justice Ali Hameed and Dhiggaru constituency Member of Parliament Ahmed Faris Maumoon have been scheduled for Monday.

While a hearing for the obstruction allegations against the Chief Justice his scheduled for 10am, a second hearing has been scheduled for 5pm for the terror allegations raised against him.

The hearing on the terror charge against Hameed has been scheduled for 10am.

Along with both Justices, MP Faris's hearing on terror charge is scheduled for Monday 2pm.

In addition, remand hearings for two employees who worked in long-serving statesman Maumoon Abdul Gayoom's office- Najma Ibrahima and Mohamed Azmee- is scheduled for 3pm. Najma is currently under house arrest while Azmee is being kept in confinement behind bars; both are accused of terrorism.
