President launches book on Maldives’ development projects

President launches Ravvehi Tharaqqee at an event held on Wednesday
President Abdulla Yameen launched a book on national developmental projects, titled Ravvehi Tharaqqee, in a ceremony at the President’s Office on Wednesday.
The book, compiled by the President’s Office, also highlights the major projects undertaken in the past four years.
Ravvehi Tharaqqee is aimed at providing information on the completed and ongoing projects being carried out during President Yameen’s administration.
The book also includes information on projects undertaken from 2009 to 2013 and is aimed at researchers and University students.
The book was compiled with information provided by the Ministries, State Companies, City Councils, Atoll Councils, and Island Councils.
Others at the inauguration ceremony included ministers, members of parliament, senior government officials, and senior student representatives.
