MACL ferry after a boat accident

A ferry from Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) and a fishing boat were severely damaged in an accident on Wednesday evening.

One individual was injured in the boat accident which occured around 7:30 pm on Wednesday. However, we received information that the injurred individual's condition is not serious.

Maldives Police Services (MPS) said that the accident was reported to the police around 7:40 pm.
