Maldives police service issued a man-hunt for two individuals wanted in connection to an investigation of cases filed at Raa stoll Maduvvari island's Magistrate Court.
Police are searching for Arafat Ahmedfulhu (31) and Ahmed Nasim (22), both from Maduvvari island, upon the court's order to locate the two.
Arafat is wanted regarding allegations of being involved in a Cannabis trafficking case that police at Maduvvari Magistrate Court are currently investigating. Officers have been ordered to locate Arafat, take him into police custody and present him to court at 01:30 pm on the 16th of April.
Nasim is wanted in a theft case being investigated by the island court and officers are to bring him into police custody upon locating him and presenting him to court at 11:45 am on the 16th of April.
Police have appealed the public to come forth if any information on the two is attained, and to contact their Police Custodial Department through its hotline 9991442.
