Two more suspects have been arrested over a machete attack in L Fonadhoo island.
A young man was injured in two places on his leg after being attacked by a gang on April 1, eye witnesses said.
Two youths from Fonadhoo were arrested on Friday. One was given 10 days in remand and the other was ordered to remain in police custody for the rest of the investigation.
Four suspects were arrested earlier and while one was given 10 days in remand, the other three were ordered to remain in police custody for the rest of the investigation.
