Lawyer Hisaan Hussain

Lawyer Hisaan Hussain is to be summoned to Criminal Court at 4:30pm on Monday.

She was summoned over a police investigation, but RaajjeTV is yet to receive details.

While Hisaan is the lawyer for Chief Justice Abdulla Saeed, she is also involved in cases of prominent political figures.

After several arrests following the state of emergency on the 05th of February, Hisaan had taken to twitter expressing her concern over the issue of detainees being denied their fundamental rights and the duration of their incarceration.
