Progressive Party of the Maldives (PPM) says that the Party faced a new year with renewed hope.
A statement released by the Party on Sunday, said that 2017 was both challenging and filled with achievements.
The statement added that the Party was approaching 2018 taking lessons from 2017 and renewed hope and vigor. It also said the biggest lesson PPM learnt from this year was the importance of protecting Islam and Maldives as well as protecting aspects of Maldives and Maldivians that are unique to the nation.
