Flats constructed in Arabiyya plot
Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened up opportunity to purchase flats constructed in Arabiyya and Gaakoshi plots.
A statement released by the Corporation on Friday said 105 out the 264 flats in the two plots are open for sale.
Flats will be issued on a first come first served basis. Forms will be issued after presenting a bank guarantee of MVR 100,000. Forms will be issued from December 4th onward, with December 12th set as the last date for financial screening for applicants paying for flats through bank.
Recipients can purchase flats for a one-time payment of MVR 2 million. HDC announcement added that a period of one month will be granted for loan processing period.
Forms will be released from Ghaazee School common room from 9am to 2pm on December 2nd. Forms will be accepted from Ghaazee School common room from 9am to 2pm on December 7th.
