The Housing Ministry’s list publicizing the names of those that had applied to receive housing units has been met with criticism for several discrepancies.

The ministry had publicized the list, which contained the code assigned to individual forms by its administrative staff instead of names of recipients, earlier this week.

In addition to this, several recipients had taken to social networking outlets to protest that a number of aforesaid ‘form codes’ had been repeated on the list.

The ministry had publicized recipients of housing units in four atolls.

This is a tentative list of recipients in Gahdhoo and Hoadeddhoo of Gaafu Dhaalu atoll, Dhidhoo in Haa Alifu atoll, Villingili in Gaafu Alifu and Hoadeddhoo in Gaaf Dhaalu atoll.
