Criminal Court on Sunday will make a decision on the remand of Thulusdhoo Constituency MP Mohamed Waheed Ibrahim.

The Parliamentarian is to be summoned to Court in the afternoon.

MP Waheed was arrested on the 24th of July, on charges of trespassing Parliament grounds, after Elections Commission had questionably stripped him from his seat.

He was first remanded for 15 days, which was extended by four more days on the 9th of this month.

The Parliamentarian is to attend session in Supreme Court, for the hearings of the case asking to review EC decision to strip him from his Parliament seat.
