A man has been found dead inside a van parked in Hulhumalé.
The Maldives Police Service (MPS) on Wednesday revealed that the dead body was found inside a van, parked on the road in front of the Hulhumalé Phase I Cemetery.
People who discovered the man unconscious inside the van, took him to the hospital.
The police institution cited doctors at the hospital having revealed that the man was dead even when he was brought in.
MPS revealed that the deceased was an expatriate.
Further investigations in connection with the expatriate’s death are currently underway.
This comes at a time another dead body was discovered in the Greater Malé Region, earlier this week.
As such, a 30-year-old Maldivian man was found dead inside an apartment in Bandeyri Koshi in Malé City on Monday.
