The reclamation work of Site A of Hulhumalé Phase III has been wrapped up successfully.

This was revealed by Urbanco via a press release on Friday.

The company revealed that 10 hectares of land were reclaimed for Site A, of Hulhumalé Phase III.

Urbanco went on to reveal that work was currently underway to begin the reclamation work for Site B.

With this, the company has uploaded a photo showing vessels in the area and has urged to remove the vessels in the area marked in red by October 22.

The Hulhumalé Phase III reclamation project is part of various development projects being carried out to overcome the multiple difficulties faced for the Greater Malé Region.

The 63-hectare land reclamation project in Hulhumalé Phase III will greatly ease the housing crisis that residents of the capital Malé City have been facing for years.

It is also expected to fulfill the dreams of Malé City citizens of improving the quality of life for many.
