The President in his statement emphasized that the trajectory of international development is now irrevocably geared towards modern technology and innovative productivity.
Additionally, President Solih acknowledged the pivotal role of teachers in shaping responsible generations that uphold the nation's duties. As such, he highlighted the importance of recognizing teachers' invaluable contributions to society, asserting that they are instrumental in human resource development.
President Solih also stressed teachers' need to acquaint themselves with new technologies and modern teaching methodologies, citing these as crucial elements for national development. He further noted the need to fortify the Maldivian social fabric, advocating for teachers to exemplify Islamic values.
Moreover, he underscored the importance of providing children with a robust upbringing, which includes educating them on Islamic creed, theology, and values while promoting cultural literary legacy.
