President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has officially inaugurated the completion of several developmental projects in Haa Alifu Atoll on Wednesday.

President Solih officially inaugurated the completion of a water supply and sewerage network and the health centre extension on Filladhoo Island and and a new futsal ground on Baarah Island.

The completion of these projects was marked during the President's ongoing visit to the atoll.

The water supply and sewerage network project on Filladhoo Island was contracted to SAS E. Construction Pvt. Ltd., while the health centre extension building was contracted to Perfect Malafehi Maldives Pvt. Ltd.

The extension building features an administrative area for managing healthcare employees, a public health unit providing preventative and promotional health services, a garage, and a laundry.

Under the leadership of President Solih, the administration has made significant progress in achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. This includes enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives. During his visits to various islands, President Solih is officially inaugurating the completion of numerous projects and services, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the betterment of the Maldivian people.
