Several more development projects initiated different islands of Haa Alif atoll that have been completed, have been inaugurated.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih inaugurated the projects during his ongoing campaign tour of Haa Alif atoll, as part of his campaign for re-election in the upcoming Presidential election.
The projects were inaugurated across Ihavandhoo, Maarandhoo and Thakandhoo islands.
In Ihavandhoo the Maldivian leader inaugurated the island’s new football ground, developed with turf and modern amenities.
In Maarandhoo the president inaugurated the newly developed modern and spacious FENAKA office which has the capacity to accommodate up to 30 employees.
In Thakandhoo President Solih unveiled the newly developed volleyball court.
On Wednesday, the newly upgraded harbor, a new powerhouse as well as a FENAKA office were inaugurated in Molhadhoo island as well.
The incumbent administration has made significant progress in ensuring equitable development across all inhabited islands across the nation, as well as efforts to improve the living standards of citizens and enabling them to live dignified lives.
