Ooredoo launches broadband internet in Vilufushi

Ooredoo has launched broadband internet service in Vilufushi Island in Thaa Atoll.

A statement released by Ooredoo says the service was launched in a ceremony held in the island on Thursday.

Ooredoo had provided broadband packages with speeds up to 30Mbps.

Speaking in the ceremony, Ooredoo CEO Najib Khan said the company was proud of this development, adding they will seek to expand the service across the nation in the future.

Ooredoo added the company remained committed to providing valuable services to the community.
