Ihavandhoo island
Several individuals have been arrested from Ihavandhoo island in Haa Alif atoll in an operation carried out by Maldives Police Service.
Raajje.mv understands that three men and a woman were arrested in the operation conducted on Wednesday night.
The operations came days after Ismail Mohamed, a worker living in the island, was discovered murdered in the island’s ice plant. Four had been arrested in connection to the murder.
No statement had been released by the Police regarding the murder.
