Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has begun constructing a ferry hut for the ferry stop established in Kumundhoo island of Haa Dhaal atoll.
MTCC revealed that they began the construction work on June 1.
Under the scope of the project, MTCC will be required to build a kiosk as well as a waiting area for passengers.
A row of public toilets will also be installed under the initiative.
The ferry stop is being built under “Integrated National Public Ferry Network” project facilitating RTL Phase One Zone One.
