The Hazana Maldives, a state-operated Islamic finance company, has opened for applicants to its Shar’ia board. 

The company said that those interested must send in their resumes and applications by 20th June, 2017. 

The Finance Ministry established Hazana Maldives in mid-2016, with the sole purpose of providing Shar’ia compliant services. 

A number of parallels can be drawn between the company and the Malaysian Khazanah Nasional.
