Telecommunications giant Ooredoo Maldives has unveiled a special campaign for the ongoing fasting month of Ramadan, ‘Roadhaige Noor’.
The telecom provider officially launched its special Ramadan campaign in celebration of the fasting month, on Saturday.
In a press release, Ooredoo revealed that the campaign revolves around a heartwarming story that captures the spirit, values, and beauty of Ramadan through the eyes of a young child.
Roughly translated as “The Light of Ramadan”, the campaign follows the journey of a little girl experiencing her first full month of fasting. Her father gifts her a book of the same name, filled with timeless Islamic lessons, cherished stories, and the values of Ramadan, as she begins her spiritual milestone of fasting. Noor learns about patience, kindness, gratitude, and the deeper essence of the holy month in a relatable and engaging way through the pages of the book gifted by her father.
Ooredoo Maldives seeks to highlight the warmth of shared traditions, the joy of learning, and the profound wisdom passed down through generations during the fasting month, through the campaign.
The telecom provider revealed that the campaign brings the importance of family bonds, faith, and personal growth to life, making it a relatable and enjoyable experience for audiences of all ages.
Highlighting that Ramadan is a time of reflection, generosity, and togetherness, Ooredoo Maldives revealed that with the campaign, they hope to inspire families to embrace the spirit of the holy month, to pass on its values to the next generation, and to create meaningful moments with their loved ones.
The telecom provider will be sharing engaging content inspired by ‘Roadhaige Noor’ across numerous platforms, bringing the story and its lessons to a wider audience as part of the campaign.
Through innovative and heartfelt initiatives, Ooredoo Maldives remains committed to connecting communities and enriching lives.
In Ramadan 1446, the company has invited the public to engage in the spirit of the season, celebrate cherished traditions, and spread the light of Ramadan together.
