The Aséria Homes and Townhouses Project has been inaugurated.
Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef unveiled the Aséria Homes and Townhouses Project during a groundbreaking ceremony held in Hulhumalé Phase II on Thursday.
Batch Construction Private Limited was contracted the upscale residential construction project by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
The project was contracted to be completed within three years.
The plot of land issued to construct Aséria Homes and Townhouses spans over an area measuring 19,746.88 square meters.
The Aséria Homes and Townhouses will be situated at the northeastern tip of Hulhumalé Phase II.
It will offer three distinct types of residences including 37 units of beach residences, 14 units of garden residences, and 22 units of urban residences.
