Ooredoo Maldives has introduced their SuperNet Fixed Broadband services to Villimalé, capital Malé City’s suburban district.
The telecommunications provider’s SuperNet services come with up to 100Mbps of connectivity speed, and Hussain Niyaz, the company’s Acting Chief Commercial Officer expressed pride in having launched the service in Villimalé and stated that they will always be working to provide more opportunities to explore digital services.
This is part of the company’s efforts to provide digital services across the nation at a time the country is locked in a fierce battle with the coronavirus pandemic, and everyone is heavily dependent on digital technology.
The company has been upgrading their SuperNet packages to fit customer needs. With the changes, customers will be able to enjoy high-throttle internet speed, five times faster and with 68 percent additional data.
The introduction of SuperNet Fixed Broadband services in Villimalé will prove to be beneficial to customers consuming their services from the island and customers will be able to access a wide variety of packages with speeds up to 100mbps.
