Maldivian is set to resume flight operations to Trivandrum, India within the next week.
The country’s national airline revealed that they are planning to resume flight operations between Malé and Trivandrum on September 10.
Flights will be operated twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The airline has priced return tickets starting from USD 325 and has urged consumers to reach out to 3335544 to the Maldivian Holidays team for further inquiries and bookings.
Further, a valid visa is required through the Indian High Commission for travel, informs Maldivian who also urged passengers to register athttps://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/24 hours prior to departure and arrival.
As Maldivian aspires to begin smooth operations to the neighboring country, the airline has urged passengers to adhere to guidelines and instructions provided by the relevant health authorities while travelling.
The airline played a major role in evacuating and repatriating the foreign nationals stranded in the Maldives due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as well as locals stranded in foreign countries in the face of the pandemic.
