A public library is to established in the capital’s suburban district, Hulhumalé.
The library, being developed by the Ugail Foundation together with the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), is to be opened soon. While an opening date is yet to be announced, RaajjeMV understands that it will be some time in August.
Sharing some photos of the library, founder of the non-profit organization, Professor Ugail Hassan described the library as “an intellectual focal where you meet, read and learn”.
According to the professor, access to the library will be free of charge.
The library will be located on the 3rd floor of the Hulhumalé Centro Mall.
