The country's national airline, Maldivian, has announced that its flights will be delayed due to deteriorating weather conditions causing technical difficulties.
The airline informed customers of the delays via Twitter on Thursday night and apologized for the inconvenience.
As such, Maldivian Airlines has recently launched direct flights to Cochin in addition to offering flights to Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, and Dhaka. The airline also provides flights to all domestic airports in the country.
Moreover, the airline has increased the number of scheduled flights to cater to the increasing demand for flights during the academic holidays.
