Dhiraagu has completed the majority of work being carried out to upgrade their “Business Support System”.
The local telecommunications provider revealed this via a statement on Friday, stating that a major part of the work has successfully been completed.
Further, Dhiraagu noted a list of support services to customers through the statement, that have been fully restored, upon which customers may proceed using the services.
Following the upgrade, customers may now use the “Mamen” application without any interruptions and change their mobile add-ons and packages accordingly.
They may also reload and recharge their phones and use the Dhiraagu and MyAccount applications efficiently and access new connections and bills payments via customer service centers and partnerships.
Customers also have access to mobile number portability now, after the upgrade, revealed the telecom giant.
Highlighting that the aim of this upgrade is to enhance the services Dhiraagu provides its customers with superior experience, the telecom provider stated that it will continue in different phases over the course of the next few months.
“We would like to assure our customers that every effort will be put in place to minimize the service impact. We thank our customers for their patience and support while we carry forward this technically complex project.”
