BML to hold AGM on 30 July
It will be held at Hotel Jen, shareholders and proxy holders may join

Bank of Maldives (BML) is set to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 July.
The national bank revealed this via a notice which reads that the AGM will begin at 08:30pm on 30 July, a Tuesday.
It will be held at Hotel Jen and shareholders as well as proxy holders who wish to join may arrive at Hotel Jen with their ID cards, passport or driving license between 7pm and 08:15 on the day of the meeting.
Only those who have been registered as shareholders of the bank by 15 July will be allowed to take part in the AGM. Also, those who have been registered as shareholders by said date will be given the share earnings from 2018.
The company further revealed their decision to disburse MVR 24 per share, during a board meeting held on 20 March.
BML added that 2018 was the most successful financial year thus far, going on to say that their profit earnings reach MVR 1.6 billion.
