Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has postponed its annual general assembly 2018.

The event was set for 15th June, but MTCC said that its has been postponed to a sudden "proxy" issue.

MTCC is yet to announce a new date for the annual assembly.

Last year’s event was held in April.

MTCC is a public company and was formed in 1980.
