A 14-year-old male has been fatally stabbed in capital city Malé.

The incident was reported at 2:15 AM on Thursday, and the teenager had succumbed to his injuries while in treatment at the ADK Hospital.

The Maldives Police Service said that the case is under investigation and that no details can be revealed at this time.

On Wednesday morning, an individual was attacked in a separate incident. A young man was also stabbed in the neck on Tuesday night.
