President Abdulla Yameen has brought revolutionary changes to the education sector, says Education Minister Dr. Aishath Shiham.
The Minister said this on Sunday at the inauguration ceremony of the national oratory competition.
Inaugurating the ceremony hosted by Dhivehi Bahuge Academy (Dhivehi Language Academy), Minister Shiham praised President Yameen for launching the Tharika (heritage) campaign to promote patriotism in students.
Minister Shiham said that the government has been doing important work under the heritage campaign to improve national and social initiatives as well as promote Maldivian tradition.
