Dhiraagu is to hold their Annual General Meeting on the 14th of May in Kurumba Maldives, the first resort opened in the Maldives.
The General Meeting is scheduled for 8:30pm on 14th May.
In the meeting, they will be approving the audited director's reports, financial statements, and meeting minutes of 2017's General Meeting.
Additionally, they are to re-appoint KPMG as the company's external auditor, grant their board of directors the authority to approve interim dividend in accordance with the company's dividend policy during the financial year and approving the full and final dividend of 2017.
Dhiraagu had given MVR 5.96 per share as interim dividend last year.
Dhiraagu had received an income of MVR 2.6 billion in 2017.
