Job vacancies have been announced at the Maldives Police Service.

While vacancies have been announced for the post of Police Constables, the initial salary is set at MVR 4,650.

According to the announcement, three months after recruitment, MVR 5,000 will be allocated as service allowance as well as 40% non-practice allowance and additional increments will be added under the police employment guidelines.

The announcement also states that recruited individuals will be given the adequate promotion under the promotion protocol after probation, once the qualifications of a police officer are reached.

Qualified individuals are to submit their applications before 04:00pm of Thursday the 26th of April.
