Police have begun a search for five individuals regarding ongoing investigations at their General Investigations Department.

The Police Media official said they are searching for individuals from Seenu atoll Hithadhoo, Ahmed Nizar, 29, Haa Dhaal Kulhudhuffushi Mohamed Siraj, 27, Meemu Mulah Ali Akram, 28, Fuvahmulah Mohamed Saeed Hussain, 36 and Noonu Velidhoo Adam Hassanfulhu, 40.

Police have appealed the public to come forth with any information on these five if attained, or contact the General Investigations Department through their hotline 9631696.

Police have yet to reveal details of which investigations the five are wanted for.
