Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has launched the 7th edition of Maldives Travel Awards.
MATATO Maldives Travel Awards 2018 was launched by its president, Abdulla Giyas at a special ceremony held at the Coco Bodu Hithi Resort on Tuesday.
The platinum partner for Maldives Travel Awards 2018 is Ooredoo Maldives. Maldives Airports Company (MACL) signed as the Gold Partner, followed by Allied Insurance as the Silver Partner.
MATATO will host three editions: The People’s Edition, which recognizes successful pioneers and long serving individuals in the tourism industry, a Guesthouse Edition, which celebrates the outstanding performance of the up and coming guesthouse sector, and the Grand Gala, which is exclusive for winners in the categories for resorts and airlines.
