Rasdhoo island of Alifu Alifu Atoll

Police have arrested a suspect who assaulted an individual in a fight in Rasdhoo island of Alif Alifu Atoll.

The suspect is a 24-year-old male and officers have been given authority to keep him in custody for a period of 10 days.

RaajjeMV understands that the suspect is an individual already with a criminal record.

Photographs of the fight, that surfaced on social media, shows the victim having sustained injuries to his head.
