Two individuals were injured in a stabbing in capital Male’ city.

Maldives Police Service (MPS) reported that the stabbing had occurred at around 5.50 pm on Fareedhee magu in Maafannu ward. The two were transferred to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) for treatment.

Police had refused to comment on the nature of the crime or any additional details.
