The Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Center by the Total Fitness Group's (TfG) has been inaugurated.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed inaugurated the TfG Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday.
Following the inauguration, the First Couple toured the establishment and inquired the staff about its services.
The new facility at TfG, which has a 200-people capacity, has a mini-exercise science lab and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy area accessible to wheelchair users and others who may need access due to certain health conditions.
Further, the TfG Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Center also has rehabilitation area; ‘Healers’, available for serious athletes who need swift recovery.
The facility also features a steam room, an ice bath, showers, and lockers and separate changing rooms for men and women.
As part of the fitness options, the newly inaugurated facility also has a café.
The 42-seat capacity café, named ‘Jim and Carry’ offers several delectable cuisines for customers, who have the option to order takeaway or choose to dine-in.
