The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ooredoo Maldives has been scheduled to be held during March 2023.
The Company announced that the record date or the book close date for the AGM will be Thursday, 16th February 2023 at 02:00 pm.
Ooredoo states that all persons, including legal entities registered as shareholders of the company at the record date or the book close date are eligible to receive dividends for the year 2022, attend the AGM of the Company and vote in person or by proxy.
Furthermore, Ooredoo notes that the notice and agenda of the AGM will be published on their website by no later than Tuesday, 21st February 2023, along with the date, time, venue, agenda items and general information on voting.
