Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the first shipment of rock boulders required for the M. Kolhufushi shore protection project.
MTCC disclosed that the shipment of rock boulders was delivered to the project site on September 11, 2022.
Furthermore, the company notes that the dredging works of the swimming area is now 79% completed.
MTCC is doing dredging operations of 9683cbm. The company will also be doing construction of a 202m breakwater and a 519m revetment.
The value of the project is MVR 22.96 million.
