The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has stated that the Maldives and Comoros will continue to collaborate closely.

Minister Shahid stated this in his message of felicitation to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Comoros, Dhoihir Dhoulkamal, on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.

Minister Shahid, in his message, expressed confidence that Maldives and Comoros will continue to collaborate closely bilaterally, regionally, and internationally to promote our shared interests as Small Island Developing States.

The Foreign Minister of Maldives extend sincere greetings and good wishes to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Government and the friendly people of Comoros, on the occasion.

Minister Shahid concluded his message by extending the assurances of his highest consideration.
