Four laptops stolen in Family Court break-in

Maldives Police Service (MPS) has revealed that four laptops were stolen in the break-in at the Family Court.

Speaking to RaajjeMV on Saturday, police informed that so far, their investigation confirmed that four laptops had been stolen from the Family Court, and that they have yet to make any arrests in the investigation.

When questioned if money was stolen in the break-in, police media official said that only four laptops were stolen, but noted that the Family Court had been vandalized.

Police said that the break-in was reported to them at around 9:15 pm on Friday, but is yet to reveal how the thieves managed break into the Family Court.

A break-in at the Elections Commission was reported last Sunday.
