Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest 2025 to kick off, drawing over 1,500 gamers
The tournament mirrors the telecommunications provider’s ongoing commitment to driving the growth of esports in the Maldives, while reaffirming the Dhiraagu Gamers Guild’s (DGG) leadership in fostering a vibrant and inclusive digital entertainment ecosystem.

The Dhiraagu Gamers Guild (DGG), the country’s largest and fastest-growing gaming platform, is gearing up to host the highly anticipated Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest (DMGC) 2025 from 31 July to 2 August at Ghiyasuddin International School in Malé.

The national esports event is expected to attract more than 1,500 players from across the Maldives, marking a significant milestone in the country's rapidly expanding gaming and digital entertainment landscape.

This year's championship will feature a dynamic four-title tournament format, highlighting the depth of skill and talent among Maldivian gamers. A total prize pool of MVR 170,000 will be awarded to top competitors across the events. Registrations are now open for the FC25 and Rocket League tournaments, with entries closing on 27 July 2025.

Beyond the main tournament action, DMGC 2025 will offer a variety of interactive experiences, including a Racing Simulation Zone, Virtual Reality (VR) Zone, Free-to-Play gaming stations, and a dedicated Board Games area, designed to deliver a dynamic and immersive atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.
