A collision between a car and a battery cycle had injured four people.

Maldives Police Service (MPS) received information of the accident at around 21:20pm on Saturday.

The accident occurred when a car and battery cycle collided at the Hulhumale' Police Flats area. Maldives Police Service stated that four people who received various injuries were treated at the Hulhumale' Hospital.

The authority shared that the driver of the cycle, who was a foreigner received serious injuries. Additionally, an elderly women and two children, who were in the taxi also received various degrees of injuries.
