MP Riyaz arrested on route to rally held in Kunooz

Abdullah Riyaz

Member for Kimbidhoo Constituency and Jumhooree Party Deputy Leader Abdullah Riyaz has been arrested.

He was arrested near Maaveyo Magu, Monday night, while he was on route to the rally held jointly by JP, AP, PPM and MDP.

JP Spokesperson Ali Solih reported to Raajje.mv that the Police had a warrant for the arrest of the parliamentarian.
